my animation

Hi bloggers 3 or 2 weeks ago me and my friend Taufa were making an animation. we had to learn about cultural games like the Indian game the UK game the chinese game and more but i did aussie rules it is like a game where you bounce the ball and put the ball in the hula hoop i have done it before it is a really fun game to play when you are bored. you are not supposed to pass the ball u are supposed to hit with your fingers not like with your fingers you curl it around with your thumb and your index finger so me and my buddy were puting hoops on the floor so it can look like it is bouncing on the floor when the ball goes to the other person they do the same as what i told you. So we almost had to put 200 slides in the animation. Comment if you had to do an animation

Last week we had to wear pink shirts to show respect to the people who got bullied because they wore pink t shirts. Our whole school wore a pink t shirt it was like the whole school liked pink. We didint have to do maths reading it was fun I made a pink t shirt it said you got this it was embarassing, not really we were playing activities. I played soccer with my t shirt on I played kicks with a rugby ball. We did this to stop cyberbullying we had to do a litle bit of reading but its all good i will show you my t shirt that i made on gogle drive. My pink t shirt

Wellbeing with miss mcGrath

                               wellbeing

Hi bloggers today the year 6 students went on their trip, but the year 5 students had to stay. So we did wellbeing with Miss Mcgrath.

 We had to make a fotune teller. If you dont now what that is, it is a game you make with paper. First you write any number and you have to colour each square a different colour and you have to write a nice compliment under it. When we had done that we had to ask a person to pick a number and then pick a colour and  then I read the compliment messeage to be nice link.

Next we had a compliment circle. It is where you have to sit in a curcle and give someone a kind compliment and then the person that you spoke to has to say thank you. And then they have to give a complimet to someone else. Thats a compliment circle about being grateful. 

We even played a musical gratitude game. It is a game where you have to walk around the room while the music plays. When it stops you have to think about somthing you are grateful for in your life to somebody.

anzac Trapt in a trench

 

6 hours in a trench

Hey guys, at school it was raining. Our teachers had built trenches with wool. It was pretty cool but when we went in it, it was really hurting my back.  We had to crouch under the pieces of string. We worked on a basic facts maths test. The strings were tied to a table. If we poked our heads or our hands
above the string then we lose a point and you get shot by a nerf gun. Lucky I didn't lose a point or get hit with a nerf gun. We had to crawl to places that we had to go to, I hid under the table so they couldn't shoot me. It felt like the war and it was scary. We were trying to work but the teachers Mrs Jones, Miss Daly, and Ms Sands played war shooting and fighting on the speaker. It was really annoying but also fun. It made me wonder if being in the war for 3 years was scary for the soldiers. We even swam in the rain! I wonder what it's like to be in war? We had a buddy to try and untie the lines. It took me and my buddy a while to untie it.We also got eat our lunch under the wires. We read a story about anzac day i had so much stuff hurt in my body.

tsunami evacnate

I was lucky on the tsunami warning because I live on a hill. I get to stay home all day and I was so happy I wasn't down there. I heard on the news that there was alot of  tsunami warnings.  I have heard there was alot of people evacuating from their homes, it was crazy. If I had to evacuate, I would pack food, drinks, a phone battery and blankets and pillows. The tsunami  warning was a little scarey, I have never been through something like this before so I was nervous. Everyones phone was ringing and checking up on each other.

Lockdown 4

    When I was in Lockdown I was writing and playing outside. I felt good because I did my math and reading  . My favourite learning activity is maths because it is good for you and makes you brainy and smart . My favourite family activity was going for a walk. We liked having walks because it keeps us fit, I even had a walk up the mountain. It took us 5 Hours. When I came back to school I felt nervous being back but it felt fun and cool being back at school. I love school because it helps you with your learning I Iike to play with my friends at school.
